Founded in 2008, Empowerment Towards Excellence is a Colorado nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and building healthier communities through prevention, education, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care.

What We Do

The PALACE Safe Home

The PALACE Safe Home is a trauma-informed residential program designed to support girls ages 12–15 through safety, stability, therapeutic care, life skills development, and individualized support that promotes healing, growth, and independence.

Working alongside licensed behavioral health professionals and community partners to provide:

Psychoeducation and mental health education

Care coordination and community referrals
